Double-Wood Supplements
Scope of work included the demolition of existing office & warehouse space to accommodate for new offices, open work areas, collab/gaming area, and large conference room along with newly renovated warehouse consisting of state of the art extra large Macro-Air fans for maximum ventilation and also a renovated entryway for handicap accessibility.
Challenger Learning Center
The Learning center features a Spacecraft room, Transport room, Mission Control room, Clean room Briefing rooms. The work consisted of complete demolition of the existing space, all new walls/openings, new HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, open cell metal ceilings, Challenger Display graphics throughout, custom wood storage cubbies, solid surface countertops, resilient athletic flooring, Reception desk featuring illuminated panels, a sliding Airlock door and much more…all of which resembles what you would find in the Challenger Aircraft.
Plymouth Whitemarsh Township
Admininistration Building
Plymouth Whitemarsh Township Administrative Building – The state-of-the-art office building features a roof with solar panels; a clearstory to allow for natural lighting. In addition, the site incorporates (2) electric car charging stations. Integrating green energy allows the Authority to take a more socially conscious; socially responsible approach to its administrative operations.
VALLEY FORGE MIDDLE SCHOOL
Renovations, replacements & upgrades included new ceramic tile flooring, walls, ceiling finishes, bathroom partitions, plumbing & electrical fixtures in all bathrooms and an upgraded HVAC system throughout. .
LION FORCE MARTIAL ARTS
Demolition of separation wall and other partitions to enlarge the gymnasium and allow for a more welcoming and comfortable sitting area for guests. Also fresh paint, and finishes throughout..
